New Years Resolution time!!
I've never really done resolutions including things I could measure but this year I really have a few running goals I'd like to reach whilst in the last little while of my college career.
Here they are:
1.run at least 5 miles a week.
(get me out on the road and running, at the least, a mile a day)
2.participate in two races, one of which being a 10k.
(i feel like 6 miles is my sweet spot. it's actually fun for me and i feel i may have a competitive chance at doing well)
3.yoga every morning
(waking up 15 minutes earlier makes a huge difference and by using that time to give my body the attention that it needs i'll better be able to perform on the road)
